What does the “inner focus” mean? Should I pay attention to the specific organs in my body that correspond to the inner focus of my principles?
When we refer to the “inner focus” of a principle, we’re not exactly talking about a physical body part. We’re talking about your understanding of the intention/function of the physical organ or body part. In other words, the principle acts as that organ in the cosmic body.
Skin is the inner focus of Humility. Skin creates a permeable membrane between the “in here” and the “out there.” Humility performs that function in the cosmic body because Humility asks humans to know themselves authentically – to know who they are in their most interior experiences, what role they play in the external context of the human species, and how to bridge the two.
When you look at the inner focus of your principles, don’t let yourself get obsessed with “my stomach” or “my lungs” . . . instead think about how Creativity operates as the cosmic stomach, consider how Reciprocity functions as the lungs of the universe.
This may be the most important question of the entire body of this work. So often people contact me and say “How can I use this principle?” My answer is always the same. “You can’t. The principles aren’t things you can pull out of your tool box. They aren’t to be used. . .THEY USE YOU.” Your job is to get your willfulness and your need to be in control to relax so that these principles can use you to have access to the world.
This is a major major major change of perspective that the invisible garment work asks of you. The new way of looking at an incarnation is this: you are here to deliver a gift, and that gift is YOU. All you have to do is BE the principles in your pattern. It’s simple: It’s hard. You’ve been carefully programmed to believe that you are in charge – that you create your reality – that you are the author of your own life. Then along comes this body of information that says this: You were born carrying a specific configuration of energy that is perfect, beautiful, and inviolate. If you simply put down all your urges to be in control, and allow your own divine perfect self to show up, your life will unfold in ways far beyond anything you could have imagined!
How do you do it? Practice. Notice. Listen. At times when you least expect it, your principles will show up and take over and show you Who You Are. Soon enough, you’ll start seeing it often and you’ll just relax into it.
Not as such. However, they did say that clusters of personalities incarnate together primarily because the whole gift of one particular aspect of the Soul cannot be embodied by one being. Occasionally there is an ascended master who incarnates (Jesus, Siddhartha Gautama, The Prophet Mohammed) who incarnate alone, but most of us have little soul families with whom we incarnate. Whether we incarnate many times, or whether we retain the same personalities or histories after our lifetimes, the angels didn’t say.
The angels were emphatic that most humans misunderstand and misuse the word “soul.” They want us to realize that the Human Soul is one unified field of consciousness from which each of us emanates. We don’t “have a soul” – we are instead an ambassador from the Soul into form. On that Soul Level we are all one – in form we are all unique, different, individuated. We’re not here to “learn lessons for the soul.” What an arrogant statement. The Soul Knows – it doesn’t need us to teach it anything or learn anything in its behalf. When we learn to look at each other as individuations from our Oneness, our thinking, our attitudes, our behaviors change. Compassion, connection, and collective consciousness come to the forefront.
You incarnated with a small group of other beings, all carrying the same energy from the Soul, but with slightly different aspects of “the gift.” As a group, you rely on each other (even though you mostly likely don’t know each other) throughout your lifetime. For example, within your soul cluster, one person may be in charge of holding the “sanity kite string” (being emotionally and psychologically stable in behalf of the whole group), while someone else may be called into social activism, someone else may be a student developing your cluster’s mental skills, while someone else may be the spiritual practitioner, holding that “cosmic connection” for you all. Together, albeit unconsciously, you bring a great gift to the human family. Do you ever “know” someone in your dream very very well, but when you awaken you realize you’ve never meet that person? That’s probably someone in your soul cluster.
It’s simple. We incarnate to deliver a gift from the level of Soul to the human family. The angels asked me to write down this information to correct errors that most humans hold about the reason for an incarnation. We’ve become enamored of certain ideas: that the world is a classroom and we’re here to learn lessons; that we’re hear to burn or create karma; that we’re here to evolve our souls. No, not the case, according to this body of work. We’re here simply because Soul (the One Soul) heard a call and created a response. Something in the human family needed an infusion of the gift that YOU have to offer. It may not be anything huge like writing the greatest novel ever written, or becoming a world leader. It may be quite “un-noticed” – like being a kind parent to an amazing child. In fact it’s not a “doing” at all. Your gift is your BEINGNESS. The Invisible Garment was written to help you understand and deliver your gift with grace and joy.

I’ve just begun listening to the first 4 audio files on Sun Lessons. In the first audio, Connie briefly discusses the 4 quadrants of the sun defined by the house the sun is in at time of birth. Does this correlate directly to one’s astrological sign – so if Taurus then necessarily house is #2?
I ask because as I review my Natal Chart Report, it seems that my sun is in the 9th house…. I’m just not sure I’m interpreting this correctly?

The quadrants correspond to your personal natal chart. So while on the traditional astrological chart Taurus may be in the 2nd house, in your personal natal chart it may not be. So yes, you are interpreting it correctly – with your sun in the 9th house, you should be looking at your “gift” as belonging I the philosophical quadrant. Does that answer your question?
